Moving to The Laurel By Cortland has been amazing. The staff are available all the time and answer any questions fairly quickly when possible. We love our apartment and look forward to living here for many years to come.

Management continously changing. Promise improvements that take forever or never happen. Office seldom answer their phones. Have to leave message. Security NEVER responds. New amenities already have issues because they are not being maintained properly.

I have been living here a year as I commute back and forth from Illinois. Location and service from this complex has been nothing but first class since I arrived. The staff is delightful right down to the maintenance personnel.

Its been a great day experience overall great staff maintenance. Clean environment, great gated community. Quiet nice and clean. They have great events that give me as well as my neighbors a feel of appreciation for being a resident which is amazing

My experience living here for almost 6 years has been amazing. Ever since the management took over, everything has been amazing! For every maintenance service I request, they are always time. They make sure its always clean.

Not enough for the money. Lived in much nicer apartments in much nicer areas for less. Great property management. Odd apartment layouts. However, Ive been told ours is specifically different. Which is shittty given our rent is not specifically different. Wtf.

It has been great. The amenities that this complex offers is wonderful. They are pet friendly and are very good about updating the residents on changes that are occurring. You definitely get your moneys worth living here.
