Wonderful quiet and clean community. Staff is big on communication and things just get done here. Nice, quiet neighbors, clean hallways, fair prices, quiet community for pets actually. Clean useable gym pool and nice dog park

Quiet well kept place

We find Merritt to be well kept, great communication with staff, nice amenities. The staff threw a big party in the summer and it was really nice. Food trucks and prizes. We really appreciate that especially after covid

We love our spacious unit!

We have lived at Merritt station going on three years now and have recently been granted a transfer to a two bedroom unit. All we can say is WOW the u nit in the new building is gorgeous!!! Thank you Merritt!

Office staff is a joke, they promise everything and deliver nothing except rude and angry notices. The maintenance staff never finishes anything, the interior common hallways are never vacuumed, even now during a mold abatement project that has been going on for 2 months! All…See More >

I recently moved out because we purchased a condo but if I had to rent again I would gladly rent at Merritt Station again especially under the new ownership! Grounds, staff and maintenance are great plus only pet friendly property who allow pets!
